High quality belt with aluminum Cobra click safety buckle made by AustriAlpin®. Made in Italy with BJG's original checkerboard webbing tape, the quick-release system allows the belt to be quickly loosened and tightened by pulling the D-ring that overlaps the Cobra buckle. The Cobra safety buckle has a load capacity of 800lb and the locking mechanism prevents the belt from opening on one side while under load. A GURTCLIP at the end of the belt allows the end to be secured to the belt body. You can also wear the belt hanging down intentionally without fixing the belt tip to the main body to show the BJG woven name attached to the back of the belt. In addition to use as a belt, it can also be used as a lanyard by adjusting the length with the kokikan and attaching your carabiner, etc. to the D-ring at the tip.
